Failure is not an option, it’s a requirement if you want to be successful
I’ve grown up and made a lot of success for myself throughout my 20+ year career in cyber, but it wasn’t until 2025 that I realized the way I see the world is classified as “Neurodivergent.” It explained a lot, but explanations don’t fix what was broken, removed the pain from what was hurt, or promote you into roles you were boxed out of.
This is my story. Sadly, it seems to be the same story for so many others I share it with too.
The Successful Failure is not just about being Neurodiverse at work, but how this impacts life, parenting, and marriage.

Last chapter
If you could rewrite any book’s ending, which one would you choose? I would want to rewrite the last chapter of my life. There will be people I should never have kept and others I should have fought to. I won’t know that until the end, but then it would be too later because changing…
The hard years
What’s a chapter of your life you’d title “The Hard Years” — and what got you through it? I would label the last three as the hard years. Hard because commitment to assumed easy objectives have rewritten more than I can comprehend.
